2024 - THE FIFTH YEAR OF WHS

2024 has been yet another very good year with many blessings. Our top children this year entered the national exams of Tanzania. In all the mock and pre-tests our school has shown very promising results. We are very proud of our 39 children. The picture below shows the full class just before their national exams with their class teacher Asa, head teacher David, Sister Cecilia, manager Ester Obed and director and mama Pipi.

Most of the children in Primary 4 have been with us for 5 years and there is a great unity in the class. The first picture below shows them praying over each other. The second shows them resting after their exams. Their teachers and staff were very proud of them.

Another highlight for our school this year is that we were gifted from England with bibles for all our children.

We always enjoy welcoming visitors and, during the year, we were greatly blessed by the visit of Hilary and Paul Gray.

Sister Cecilia arranged a very beautiful retreat for all the staff to take time to renew themselves before going on holiday. The message of the mass was that, without God, we have no hope. He has called each of us to be a messenger of hope to the world.
